    line 9.

Persis E. Sheldon, age 32 [sic, see following comment], b. Mass., in Deerfield
[The age is clearly wrong. It appears to have been corrected from 54 [b. abt 1826] possibly intending to say 52 but misrecorded?]

  9.   Franklin, Massachusetts, United States. 1900 U.S. Census Population Schedule. (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration Publication T623)
    line 99.

    Perces E. Pratt, age 72 b. Oct 1828, b. Mass., in Orange
[Note: age 72 with a birthday in October should give 1827]

  10. Her birthplace is given as N.Y. in her death record, but all of the marriage records indicate Heath as her birthplace and the census records consistently say Mass. No birth record is found in Heath VRs. Given the birth of her first child in 1843, one would certainly suspect the birth is more likely 1825 or 1826 than 1827 or 1828, but there is not enough consistency to reach a solid conclusion.
