 Another T.I.B. entry showed Alonzo Pearce submitting a name for ordinance work as only Pearce, Perry.  Baptized 17 Nov. 1880, or Endowed 24 Nov. 1880. Sylvester Henry Pearce submitted Perry Horton Pearce as his grandfather as shown in the Genealogical Records of Old Church Members.
