His siblings were James William, Clarence Victor, Mary Elizabeth, Lyda Lou, Ida Clay, Clay Unnamed Infant, Peachy Gladys, Albert Howard Johnson, Melinda May. In 1900 He lived in Magisterial District 2, Montgomery, Kentucky, United States with his parents and 4 siblings. [2] Perry died on March 6, 1904. He was laid to rest in the Wilson Graveyard in Montgomery County, Kentucky. [1]
