      Finds Marriage a Failure
  Mrs. Etta E. Gasperson has found marriage a failure with Perry E. Gasperson and seeds the divorce court for marital freedom.  They were married February 14, 1910, and lived together until the 26th of the same month.  She charges her husband with having a violent and ungovernable temper and that he beat and abused her.  She demands a share of $1,000 of property and $100 per month of husband's salary.
