She was born July 2, 1895, at Madrid, the daughter of Proctor and Etta Voter Smith. She educated in the schools of Phillips, graduating with Class of 1914. She was a member of the Rebekah's Ladies Social Union, Phillips Garden Club, King's Daughters, Order of the Eastern Star, Senior Citizens, and the Phillips Congregational Church.
She is survived by one step-son, David Warren of Dixfield; one brother, J. Merle Smith; Wilton, two grandsons; and two step grandchildren.
