Pearl Johnson, 62, died at his home in Kokomo late Sunday night of an illness of a few months of heart and colon complications. Mr. Johnson had been in the mens' department in the Montgomery Ward company in Kokomo for several years until his health failed a few months ago. He was a former resident of Greentown and was well known in Windfall. the widow, the former Leota VanWinkle, is also a former resident of that community. Survivors besides the widow, include one daughter, Mrs. Ernest Loveless of Kokomo, one grandson and two brothers, William and Benjamin Johnson of Greentown.
