    Paul Andrew Shriner, 48, of Mesa, a recreational-vehicle technician, died March 28, 1996.  He was born in Brownsville, Pa. Survivors include his wife, Deanna; daughters, Debbie Carpino and Dorothy; son, Donald; father, Paul Sr.; sisters, Delores Green and Nancy; brother, Richard; and six grandchildren.  Services 11a.m. Tuesday, Overcoming Way Full Gospel Church, 3071 W. Broadway Road, Apache Junction.  Family Burial and Cremation Center.
