   Paul R. "Bud" Miller, 66, of Wellersburg, died Monday, July 17, 1995 at the Hospice, Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born Feb. 28, 1929 at Aliquippa, he was the son of the late George Miller  and Laura (Werner) Miller Brown.  Preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Knotts.  He retired in 1988 with 43 years of employment in the shipping department at the Kelly-Springfield Tire Co. in  Cumberland.  Member of Greenville Lutheran Church, Greenville; a life member of Loyal Order of Moose, Meyersdale Lodge 76; member of Kemp Lodge 154, F.&A.M. of Mt. Savage, the Cumberland Consistory and the Ali Ghan Shrine; and a past president of the Ali Ghan Provost Guard.
