A native of Detroit, he moved to this area two years ago from St. Petersburg. He was a carpenter, a Methodist, and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10137. He is survived by his wife, Anita L.; a son, Jeff; a daughter, Lisa Marie, both of Lincoln Park, Mich.; a stepson, John Wolverton, of Leicester, N.C.; a brother, Glen of Adrian, Mich.; three sisters, Pat Hohf of Bushnell, Karen Potwin of Zephyrhills and Kathy Wild of Toledo, Ohio; and three grandchildren.
