PAUL3 BEEZLEY (WILLIAM (BEASELEY)2, JOHN (BEASELEY)1) was born Janua ry 15, 1804 in Withamsville, Clermont County, Ohio, and died May 29, 18 55 in Washington Township, Noble County, Indiana, buried Metz Cemetery. H e married MARY W. PLUM August 18, 1822 in Clark County, Ohio. Notes for PAUL BEEZLEY: Paul died at age 51 years, 4 months & 14 days This Indenture. Witnesseth, that Paul Beezley and Mary Beezley his wife o f the County of Noble and State of Indiana, inconsideration of one hund red and twenty dollars to them in hand paid by Abrham Beaublossom of th e County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged d o hereby bargain, sell and convey to the said Abraham Beaublossom, his h eirs and assignees forever the following real estate in Noble County an d State of Indiana and described as follows. The North West quarter of t he North West Range Eight (8) East containing forty acres more or less. T ogether with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging . To have and to hold the same to the said Abraham Beaublossom, his hei r and assign forever. The granter, their heir and assigns hereby covena nting with the granter his heirs and assigns that the title so conveyed i s clear free and unencumbered ant that they will warrant and defend the s ame against all claims whatsoever. IN witness whereof the said Paul Bee zley and Mary Beezley, his wife who hereby relinquishes her dower and p romises have hereunto set their hands and seals and this firs day of Ja nuary, Eighteen hundred and fifty one, 1851. Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of David Ohlwine Paul Beezley State of Indiana her Noble County Mary # Beezley mark Personally appeared before me the undersigned Justice of the Peace in a nd for said County. Paul and Mary Beezley, his wife, the granters in the above conveyance a nd acknowledged the same to be his voluntary act or deed. And the said M ary Beezley, wife of the said Paul Beezley being examined by now separa te end and apart from and without hearing of her said husband and the c ontents of said deed make known and explained to her, she declared that s he accepts the same of her own free will and accord and without coercio n or compulsion from her husband.
