    FULLNER, Otto Elwin, 87, of 1020 Liberty #B, Lynden, passed away at the Christian Rest Home on Sept. 27, 1994. A funeral service was held on Saturday at First Reformed Church in Lynden with Revs. Marc deWaard, Eric schulze and Elmer VanderPloeg officiating. Burial preceded in Monumenta Cemetery in Lynden. Mr. Fullner was a lifetime resident of Lynden, both there on Oct. 6, 1906, a son of Carl and Bertha Pehl Fullner. He was a member of the 1924 graduating class of Lynden High School. Otto spent his career as a carpenter in construction and was a 50-year member of Carpenters and Joiners Local No. 756 in Bellingham. He enjoyed fishing and attending local Lynden High School sporting events. In Lynden on Feb. 28, 1936 he was married to Wilma "Wink" Roosendaal and she survives her husband in Lynden. Other survivors include: four sons, Carl Fullner and wife Donna of Oklahoma City, Okla., Dale Fullner and wife Rita of Lynden, Richard Fullner and wife Joanna of Bainbridge Island and Mel Fullner and wife Ann of Lynden; a niece, Shirley VanderPloeg and husband Phil of Lynden; brother William Fullner of Lynden; 19 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters. Services and arrangements were under the care of Gillies Funeral Home of Lynden.
