    Middletown - Otis O. Worden, 77, of 23 Mills St., Middletown, died Tuesday at Horton Memorial Hospital, Middletown, after a long illness.

    He was born Sept. 27, 1899 in Spring Glen.

    He was married to the former Gladys Crossman, who survives. Other survivors include six sons: George L., Harold, Otis Jr., Karl and Frank, all of Middletown and Robert of Kingston; five daughters, Mrs. Joyce Jones, Mrs. Lila Bohn and Mrs. Lila Tice, all of Middletown, Mrs. Lillian Parker of Circleville and Olive of Hopewell Junction; two brothers, George of New Jersey and Roy of Middletown; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Coons and Mrs. Olive Albro, both of Middletown, and many grandchildren.

    Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery, Phillipsport.
