    Mrs. J. Carl Brown - Mrs. Oneida F. Brown 89. 116 South Fourteen St., died early Saturday at Reid Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Richmond and lived here most of her life. She was the widow of J. Carl Brown. Mrs. Brown was for several years housemother for the Delta Theta and Alpha amma amma sororities at the University of Cincinnati. She was a member of the First Church of Christian Scientist. Surviving are one daughter Beverly Jayne Sloan, with whom she had made her home, one son, Hoover Dill Brown, Pompano Beach, Fla., six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Christian Science services for Mrs. Brown will be read at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Doan and Mills Funeral Home where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
