Blacksmith", dated 21 May 1745, proved 16 Feb 1747[/48], names son James Swift; grandchildren the children of my son James Swift, his eldest son James £10 more; daughter Susannah Newell; grand daughter Sarah Leeds [under 18] but if she dies to my daughter Sarah Leeds; my Three Daughters Viz't Sarah Leeds, Jane Young & Priscilla Leadbetter. Friend Mr. John Wales of Dorchester to be executor.
    1 Mar 1747[/48]: Letters of administration cum testamento annexo issued to Robert Spur of Dorchester, named executor John Wales being since deceased.
