    28 Mar 1754: Account of Marcy Morse Administra'x: of the Estate of Obadiah Morse Late of Sherburn Decea'd.
    21 May 1754: "sett off to Mercy Widow of the Deceased on[e] Third part of the said Estate", remaining two thirds "we are of Opinion that it will not admitte of any more than two settlements". Set of to Daniel Morse the Eldest son, sett off to Abner Morse the second son.
    14 Oct 1754: Judge's decree: Daniel Morse to pay his Brother Obediah Morse, his Brother Benaiah Morse. Abner Morse to pay Benaiah, to Samuel, John, Mercy, Sarah, Hannah and Mary.

Abner, Obediah, Benaiah, Mercy, Samuel, Sarah, John , Hannah & Mary".
    23 Feb 1761: Bond of Daniel Morse of Natick millwright with Abner Morse of Sherburn Husbandman surety, having settled widow's dower on Daniel "she having quitted her Right therein" , he to fulfill the judge's decree.
