23 Feb 1761: Judge's decree, setting off "that part of the said deceased's real estate which was set off to his widow Mercy for her dower" to Daniel Morse eldest son of Obadiah Morse late of Sherburn, he paying "his Bretheren & Sisters (Children of the said Intestate) viz. Abner, Obediah, Benaiah, Mercy, Samuel, Sarah, John , Hannah & Mary".
23 Feb 1761: Bond of Daniel Morse of Natick millwright with Abner Morse of Sherburn Husbandman surety, having settled widow's dower on Daniel "she having quitted her Right therein" , he to fulfill the judge's decree.
