Norean Baird, age 83, of Prewitt Lane, Williamsburg, KY passed away Oct 26 at the Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home in Jellico, TN. She was born on January 25, 1923. She was a devoted and loyal child of God, who trusted in his word. She spoke of Jesus Christ as a very dear and personal friend and she loved him whole heartedly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emitt Baird; father, Bill Prewitt; mother, Minnie Prewitt; daughter, Shirley Cooper; sons, Carl Emitt Baird and Johnny Harold Baird; brother, Clarence Prewitt; and son-in-law, Johnny Ray Cooper.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty Cooper; son Steve Baird and wife Angie; daughters-in-law, Brenda Baird and Jean Baird; sister, Anna Lou Provins and her husband George; 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchilren.

Funeral services were held Oct 29 at the Llewellyn Funeral Home Chapel in Jellico with Rev Horace Partin officiating. Interment was in the Lot Cemetery.
