  5. There is an intention of Noah Leonard and Betsey Gale found in Warwick in 1792. Noah is called of Warwick, and while the family of this Noah lived in Warwick for several years, at the time of this marriage they were living in Keene. Source:Allred, Marilyn. Town of Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts, Genealogical Records 1739-1900, Births, Marriages,, p. 172, assigns this marriage to this Noah, even though he would have been only 18 and under age. Now, we know this Noah is shown by the probate file to the be one who married Polly Bragg in Keene in 1799, possibly accounting for the daughter shown in the 1800 census (no birth record found) with no evidence that he had a previous wife. The scenario found in Source:Leonard, Manning. Memorial, Genealogical, Historical and Biographical, of Solomon Leonard, 1637, p. 16, pairing Betsey Gale with a different Noah Leonard appears correct, and Allred's presentation incorrect.
