Obituary[7] 20 Sep 1957 Nina L. Pettengill, 60 Park Hill Avenue, died early this morning at the Central Maine General Hospital following a lingering illness.
Born at Madrid, March 28, 1882 she was the daughter of Frederick L. and Emma L. Dunham Kinney. She was educated in Madrid schools and in 1904, at Auburn, married Ralph E. Pettengill, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Douglas L. Pettengill of Auburn, A daughter, Mrs. Irma Benson of Needham, Mass., a brother Charles Kinney of Middletown, Conn. and a grandchild.
She was a member of the Stanton Bird Club.

In Lewiston, Sept. 20, 1957 Nina L. Pettengill, age 74, wife of Ralph E. Pettengill. Funeral services from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son Inc., Monday, Sept. 23 at 1:30 P.M. Interment at North Auburn Cemetery, North Auburn. Friends unable to attend the services may call at the Chapel Saturday 4-9 P.M. and Sunday 2-4 P.M., 7 to 9 P.M.
