LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, N.P. Nielsen, of Leesburg, Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any former Wills and Codicils by me at anytime heretofore made. ITEM ONE. I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. ITEM TWO. I give and bequeath to Anna Nielsen the sum of $10,000.00. ITEM THREE. I give and bequeath to Ninna Christensen the sum of $10,000.00. ITEM FOUR. I give and bequeath to Bertha Cowland the sume of $10,000.00. ITEM FIVE. I give and bequeath to Katybel Mason the sume of $10,000.00. ITEM SIX. I give and bequeath to Latrille P. Wamsley the sum of $10,000.00. ITEM SEVEN. I give and bequeath to Helen Paulsen the sum of $20,000.00. ITEM EIGHT. I give and bequeath to Esther P. Houseley the sum of $20,000.00. ITEM NINE. I give and bequeath to the Leesburg Methodist Church the sum of $5,000.00. ITEM TEN. I give and bequeath to the Masonic Home of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, the sum of $25,000.00. ITEM ELEVEN. I give and bequeath to each of the four now living children of Uncle Bert Paulsen the sum of $1,000.00. ITEM TWELVE. I give and bequeath to the children of Victor Paulsen the sum of $1,000.00 each. ITEM THIRTEEN. I give and bequeath to Chris Nielsen the sum of $1,000.00. ITEM FOURTEEN. I give and bequeath to Tony Nielsen the sum of $1,000.00. ITEM FIFTEEN. I give and bequeath to Peter Nielsen the sum of $1,000.00. ITEM SIXTEEN. I give and bequeath to the Shrine Home for Cripple Children of Greensboro, North Carolina, the sum of $50,000.00 ITEM SEVENTEEN. I direct that Alic Perry be permitted to use my dwelling house situated in the Town of Leesburg as long as she wishes and desires. The said Alice Perry shall be required pay the taxes, insurance and for repairs and upkeep of said property. ITEM EIGHTEEN. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate and property to the said Masonic Home of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia. ITEM NINETEEN. In the event there are not sufficient funds in my estate to pay all the foregoing bequests, then and in that event, I direct that all of the foregoing bequests be paid pro-rata and neither shall take priority over any other. ITEM TWENTY. I hereby constitute and appoint Esther P. Housley, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and I authorize and empower her to sell, either publicly or privately, transfer and convey any property, including real and personal, I may own at the time of my death and I direct that she be permitted to qualify and administer my estate without surety.
