August 31, 1709. Mary Neud and Philip Gendron executed a bond to Governor Johnson for Mrs. Neud's faithful administration of the estate of Nicholas Neud. deceased, late of the province. Witness: Henry Wigington, Secretary. Letters of administration were granted to Mary Neud, "widd of sil Nicholas Neud," August 31, 1709, and a warrant of appraisement was directed to Peter Gaillard, Peter Robert, Jr., Henry Bruneau, Daniel Huger, Sr., and Charles de Creux.
