    ... Mr. Brindley was a native of Maryland, born Sept. 8, 1802, and married May 28, 1832. When he came to this county he was a poor man, but arose from a small beginning until he became a wealthy man; he was successful in all his business associations, which were uniformly crowned with pleasing results. He was upright and honest in his dealings, and died a Christian, being a member and Elder in the Christian Church. His death occurred 1846, Sept. 17 ...
