VAN ARKEL:, Nelly - age 74 of Dresden passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus. She was born in Holland daughter of the late Adrian & Anna (Kools) Koevoets. Nelly was a member of St. Michael's Church, Dresden and C.W.L. She is survived by her husband Adrian Van Arkel; sons Laurent & Catherine Van Arkel of Dresden and Garard & Brenda Van Arkel of Richmond Hill; grandchildren Ian, Laura, Peter and Eric Van Arkel; sisters Cornelia & Frans Rens of Holland and Joanna Koevoets of Holland and brother Peter Koevoets of Holland . Predeceased by sisters Adrianna and Antonia. Friends will be received at the THOMAS L. DEBURGER FUNERAL HOME, 620 Cross Street, Dresden on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Michael's Church, Dresden on Friday, February 9, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. John Betkowski as celebrant. Interment in Dresden Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Parkinson's Foundation.
