    Mrs. Nellie Britton, 67, of 1714 George Street, wife of Orville Britton of Missouri, died at 5:30 o'clock Saturday morning at Memorial Hospital following an illness of ten years. Born Feb. 9, 1891 in Hardin County OH to Richard and Eleanor Westbrook Boyd, she had resided in Miami and Cass Counties forty years. She was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church at Peru.

    Survivors are the husband; a step-daughter, Mrs. Fritz Beckman; the mother, Mrs. Eleanor Boyd, Peru; two brothers, Rudd Boyd of this city, and John of Allen, Mich. And two sisters: Mrs. Mable Powell and Mrs. Rose Latta, both of Peru.

    Private rites will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Drake funeral home, Rev. Max Campbell of this city in charge. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Peru.
