28 May 1735: David Thomas, Jonathan Thomas, Nehemiah Thomas, Joseph Jennings & Hannah his Wife, John Severy and Mary his wife all of Middleborough and Ephraim Tomson of Halifax with Joanna his wife for £200 convey to Jeremiah Thomas Ju'r of Middleborough a tract of land in Middleborough of about 50 acres given to us by our Worthy Grandfather David Thomas late of Middleborough.

  2. Based on the order listed in the deed assumed to be the youngest son, and based on typical spacing of births born about 1713-1714. Possibly the deed was executed in 1735 because the youngest heir, Nehemiah, finally attained majority, so born about 1714 or before.
