Skillings of Boston at present in Baltimore about to set sail and depart for Matangas in the Island of Cuba, there to establish myself in Business as a Merchant", dated 30 May 1825, proved 26 Nov 1827, names wife Katherine Skillings; son George Skillings; daughters Katherine Skillings and Ann Skillings. Wife Katherine Skillings to be executrix.
    20 Aug 1827: Judge of probate requests judge in Baltimore to depose the witnesses of the purported will of Nehemiah W Skillings late of Boston merchant deceased which was, according to nominated executrix Katherine Skillings, executed in Baltimore 30 May 1825.
