    To all Christian people to whom these presents shall come I Nathaniel Ledbrook of Northend in the County of Warwick yeoman send greeting in our Lord God Everlasting . Know you that I the said Nathaniel Ledbrook for the love and affection that I the said Nathaniel Ledbrook doo bear unto my sonn William Ledbrook of Northend aforesaid in the sayd County of Warwick husbandman I the sayd Nathaniel Ledbrook being in perfect memory have given granted and confirmed and by this my present writing doo fully freely and absolutely give grant and confirm unto the said William Ledbrook all and singular my goods & chattells Leases personal Estate whatsoever utensils household stuff implements and things whatsoever of what nature kind or property soever the same be or can be found within the Realm of England to have hold levy dispose of take and enjoy all my said Goods chattells, Leases personal Estate household stuffs and implements and all other the premises aforesaid unto the said William Ledbrook his Executors Administrators and Assigns from henceforth for ever without any manner of claim challenge or demand whatsoever of or by any person or persons whatsoever And I the said Nathaniel Ledbrooks all and singular the sayd Goods chattells leases implements and things whatsoever and all other the premises unto the said William Ledbrook his Executors Administrators and Assigns against all people shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents of all and every which sayd Goods Chattells leases and premises I the sayd Nathaniel Ledbrook have put the sayd William Ledbrook in full and provable? Possession by the gift and delivery of pewter dish which to the sayd William Ledbrook the day of the date of these presents I have given and delivered in the name of possession and seisin of all and singular the sayd premisses In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the four and twentieth day of May in the fifth year of their now majesties Reignes and with year of our Lord one thousand Six hundred ninety and three

    Sealed and delivered and quist possession and given and delivered by the said pewter dish part of sayd premisses according to the effect of this present writing in presence of Robert Ledbrook Henry Nicolls
