    Will of Joseph Holland, citizen and clothworker of London, dated 25 Dec 1658, codicil 29 Dec 1658, proved 17 jan 1658[/59], names [among others] "my son Nathaniel Holland, of Waterton in New England".

Genealogical Dictionary of the First Settlers of New England, Vol. 2, p. 447, wonders if one of Nathaniel's wives was a daughter of Samuel Hosier since Samuel's codicil bequeaths to "sonn Holland's Children ... Joseph & Sary". The oddity is that this is one child by each of Nathaniel's two wives, but represents all the children Nathaniel had at the time the will was written, so doesn't appear specific to one of his wives. However, the mother of Sarah Streeter (his 2nd wife) m. Samuel Hosier as her second husband.
