Nathaniel Covell, son of Nathaniel and Sarah (Nickerson) Covell, b. abt. 1670, m. 1 Mar 1696/7 Judith Nickerson, d/o William and Mercy. He lived on or near his father's farm between Crow's pond and Ryder's cove at Chathamport. He was selectman two years and treasure two years. His will, dated 19 Sept 1746, was proved 13 March 1746/7. His widow, daughter Elizabeth and granddaughter Daty Nickerson each received one-third of his personal estate. [Property already distributed.]
