    Nathan Waite (182) was born 15 Feb. 1711 in Hatfield, Mass., and died 25 Nov. 1798 in Whately, Mass. He married Hannah Billings on 18 Jan. 1839. She was born 14 July 1706, and died 15 Aug. 1773 in Ashfield, Mass. Their first child was born in Hatfield, Mass., and the others in Athol, Mass.

    Deposition of Noah Bardwell, Noah Bardwell Jur, Submit Smith that on 23 Nov 1798 Mr Nathan Wait late of Wahteley deceased called us to her his will: that he had given his daughter Mary at the time of her marriage her portion, he now gave to his son Elijah Wait, to his son Asa Wait, to his son Jeremiah Wait. Made at the time of the last sickness in the dwelling of the deceased and put into writing within 6 days.
    Last Tuesday Dec [25 Dec] 1798: Nuncupative will of Nathan Wait late of Whateley deceased presented by Jeremiah Wait a son of deceased, heirs cited. Mary Bement, Elijsh Waite acknowledge notification.
