    He signed the petition for the formation of the Parish of Wilton, Conn., which was. formed Dec. 7, 1725. He was of New Fairfield, Conn., Mar. 19, 1739-40. His will, dated Feb. 17, 1746-7, being about to go to the war, names his wife Eunice in his will. (King George's war, 1744.)
