Napoleon "Paul" Ramsey was the son of Joseph W. Ramsey, Sr. and Leocadie Lessard Ramsey. He was born in Berlin, New Hampshire and lived there his entire life.
On 4 June 1906 at Berlin, N.H., Napoleon married Maria Eva Albina Morin; from this union eight children were born: Robert Paul Ramsey, Jeannette Laurette Ramsey, Romeo Victor Ramsey, Lucille Helen Ramsey, Louis Paul Ramsey, John Jules Ramsey, and two additional children possibly still living.
At the time of Napoleon's death, he was living at 219 School Street in Berlin, New Hampshire and owned a bakery. His death certificate indicates that Napoleon died from a sudden acute dilatation of the heart with contributing factors being Diabetes.
