NADEAN EMILY FRENCH, 83, of Little Rock went to be with her Lord Monday, Nov. 27, 2006. Born Feb. 14, 1923, at Morrilton, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Joe Edwin Quinn and Omer Quinn Jones. She was a member of Martindale Baptist Church. She retired from J.C. Penney’s after 27 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Hearol and J.E. Quinn; and three sisters, Flavy Hall, Ruby Lee Warren and Amy Williamson. She is survived by her husband, Carroll French; her daughter and son-inlaw, Ann and David Dumas of Little Rock; grandchildren, Carol Kocsis and husband Bill of Bryant, Quinn Woolsey and wife Carla of Bryant, and Gene Smith and wife Angie of Maumelle; great-grandchildren, Heath Kocsis and Melody Kocsis-Saling of Bryant, Sarah and David Woolsey of Austin, Texas, Hattie and Blake Smith of Maumelle; and a sister, Emogene Hall. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, (501) 224-8300, with Reverend Jay Weaver officiating. Interment will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
