↑ There is a death record just below the birth record cited, that shows an unknown child dying 8 Jan 1842. Since there are no births from 1839 until mid 1843, it is believed to be an unnamed infant. But familysearch indexing assigned it to this Moses, who does appear to have died young (not in 1850 census).
