Assent of other children: Abraham Williams, William Bordman, Mary Bordman. Bond given 5 Mar 1750. Undated (warrant 5 Mar 1750/51, exhibited 28 Oct 1751): Inventory of Cap't Moses Bordman Late of Cambridge Deceased: £5199-11-2, by Jacob Hill, Stephen Prentice, Henry Prentice. 23 Oct 1751: Agreement of heirs about compensation for services by Moses Bordman, William Bordman and Mary Bordman, signed by Moses Bordman, Abraham Williams, John Williams jur, Will Bordman, Walter Bordman, Andrew Bordman, Mary Bordman. 24 Oct 1751: Petition of heirs, signed by Abra'm Williams; Walter Boardman; Moses Bordman; And'w Bordman; William Bordman; John Williams ju'r. 26 Mar 1753: Whereas Mr John Colson of Boston intermarried with Abigail daughter of Capt Moses Bordman late of Camb'e Deceas'd was nominated by his children to be their guardian [22 Jan 1753: John Collson Jun'r, Moses Collson, Adam Collson Jr] but had no surety, and the estate "a long time impeded to the great Injury of the Heirs", Mr Samuel Bauman of Charlestown appointed guardian on their behalf in the settlement. 21 May 1753: Bond of Josiah Stearns of Watertown Blacksmith as admiistrator de bonis non of Capt Moses Bordman late of Cambridge Deced left unadministered by his son Moses Bordman Dece'd.
