    -26 Dec 1757 Samuel Barber of Richmond, yeoman, & Anne Barber the wife of the said Samuel Barber for love to my son Moses Barber of Richmond, labourer, 2 tracts of land one in Scituate & one in Hopkinton 80 acres bounded: said Samuel Barber, William Ellery, Wood River, grantor, Daniel Barber, William Barber; the other 60 acres bounded: Edward Barber, Isaac Talpins, William Allen, grantor, Roaring Brook with 1/8 of my sawmill in Richmond.
