It is possible that he is the same person as (his brother) Solomon Newbrough, who died in Monongalia, West Virginia 20 Oct 1863, but does not appear to be in the 1850 or 1860 censuses. Some assign a death date of 20 Nov 1865 to Morris Newbrough, but I cannot find this record online.
