In the name of God Amen I Morris Davies of the Parish of Llandinam in the County of Montgomery do make this my will & Testament in manner following -- Recommending my soul into the hands of allmighty God I direct my body to be buried by my wife Anne Davies whom I hereby constitute & appoint Executrix of this my Last will and Testament -- as to the disposal of my worldly goods I give them in manner following: Vizt I give and bequeath to my son Edward Davies one shilling I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ursula Meddins one shilling I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sarah Evans one shilling -- All the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever I give and bequeath to my wife Anne Davies to be by her enjoyed without any embezzlement during the term of her natural life in Trust and on condition that is case she shall hereafter marry that the whole shall them immediately revert in equal shares to my sons John Davies David Davies Morris Davies and my Daughter Mary Roberts and otherwise my will is that after her Decease my said children John David Morris and Mary shall possess and enjoy the whole thereof -- Revoking any other will be me heretofore made I declare this to be my last will and Testament witness my hand and seal this seventeenth day of April 1760
