• cos1776 note: Something is amiss... church record transcripts (linked) indicate that Mindwell was the mother of John Olmsted's children born up through 1758 (Jesse), yet Olmsted¹ states that there is also a church record dated 22 Feb 1730 wherein "Jemima, wife of John Olmsted" is admitted to Green Hill Church, indicating that she is his 2nd wife and would make Jemima the mother of the children born afterwards. Jacobus³ proposes that "Mindwell" and "Jemima" are the same individual. Church records should be located, if possible, to verify. More research needed.

• Mindwell Olmstead is NOT been listed in Greenfield Hill Cemetery records, Hale Collection
