    VETERAN OF CIVIL WAR DIED AT HIS HOME IN ALLEGANY

    Milo L. Wilber, aged 70 years, died last night at 8 o'clock following a seven month's illness with a complication of disease at his home in Allegany. Mr. Wilber leaves besides his wife, one son, Manford (sic) Wilber of the Five Mile, one brother, Stanley Wilber of Portland, N.Y.; two sisters, Mrs. Caroline Raub of Brocton, N.Y. and Mrs. Olivia Barber of the Five Mile. Mr. Wilber was a veteran of the Civil War, having served three years in the 154th New York Volunteers. There will be a prayer service at the late home at 12 o'clock Sunday, and the funeral will be held at 2 o'clock from the Baptist church at the Five Mile, Rev. Cutler, officiating. Interment will be made in the Five Mile cemetery.
