OVERBROOK—Mildred Anderson died April 7, 2015, at Brookside Retirement Community, Overbrook. She was 99.
She was born March 2, 1916, on the family farm near Lyndon, the daughter of Clarence and Minnie Paulsen Franklin. She lived in Osage County all of her life.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cross Roads Community Church, Scranton.
She married Roy Anderson April 4, 1942, at Ottawa. He preceded her in death on May 23, 1972.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Franklin on May 22, 1971.
She is survived by two sons, Gaylord Anderson and wife, Sue, Carbondale, and Doug Anderson and wife, Deanna, Scranton; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. April 11 at Feltner Funeral Chapel, Lyndon. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. April 10 at the funeral home.
