Michael Mitton lived on what is known as the Widgery farm on Cape Elizabeth opposite Portland. Mitton's last act was his release of his claim to Robert Johnson on 25 August 1660. His widow alone acknowledged the deed on 7 October 1661 so he must have died between those dates.
