    Mrs. Meda Reynolds, 82, died Tuesday at her home, 1229 Garfield, after an illness of several months. She was born June 28, 1859, in Sigourney, Iowa, and had lived in Topeka since 1909.
    She is survived by one son, Ben V. Reynolds of Dallas, Texas; three daughters, Miss Iva Reynolds, and Miss Elsie Reynolds of the home; Mrs. Myrtle Everly of Piedmont, KS; one sister, Mrs. Mable Hicks of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
    Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

  5. Find A Grave lists Alameda as her first name, but all records to date as well as her grave marker use the name Meda, therefore, Alameda is somewhat questionable.
