Marion Watt has: NOTES: Marian McLain Watt can remember going to the funeral as a teenager. After the funeral at Maude's Home, while the family was dividing up what possessions were left, Marian and her mom found many letters papers, pictures, etc that Maude had left. This was the beginning of genealogy for this family. We thought it important to keep all these papers etc. and in the years to come, Marian used the notes made by Maude to start tracing the family records. Without these notes on the back of pictures, and letters, it would have been difficult, if not impossible to find the records needed to do the family records.
