    In Nile, N. Y., Dec. 21st, 1872, at the residence of his daughter-in-law, Mr. Matthew Rogers, in the 81st year of his age.
    The subject of this notice had for many years been troubled with mental aberration, and was literally a wanderer, but always in the midst of friends who pitied his misfortunes, and administered to his immediate necessities. But little could be known of his spiritual condition, yet sure are we, that he has gone into the presence of One whose judgments are rendered "according to what a man hath, and not according to what he hath not."
