His will dated 13 May 1799, probated 23 December 1805, leaves: To his eldest son, Philip, 5 shillings. To son Francis 5 shillings, he having received his share in the plantation I deeded him. Remainder of the estate in 6 shares, as follows: To sons Philip and Peter, daughters Elizabeth, wife of John Reitenauer, Catherine, wife of Philip Zehrung, Mary, wife of Valentine Seiler, and children of daughter Mary LeFever, deceased, viz: John, Henry, George, Catherine, and Mary.

Executors: Son Francis and son-in-law Valentine Seiler. Witnesses: Christian Lower and Peter Diefenbach.
