By quit claim under hand & seal of Jeremiah Wilson of Newport, brother of said deceased husband James Wilson, and Edward Robinson of New London, Conn., merchant & Mary his wife, daughter of said Jeremiah Wilson, and of Ann Ray of New Shoreham and one other daughter of said Jeremiah Wilson by their said deed … premises occupied by Charles Dickenson, tenant to Alice Wilson. Alice Wilson for £1296 to Jeremiah Wilson of Newport, mariner, the mentioned house with lot & half farm bought of Thomas Mumford, Sr., & said 200 Acres of land bought of Daniel Sabeere, dtd 22 July 1724; ack.
