  2.   Mary Webb the wife of George Webb of South Kingstown formerly called Kingstown otherwise some time called Rochester; said Mary Webb daughter of Samuel Wilson formerly of South Kingstown alias Rochester deceased who died leaving a great estate divided his land so that every one of his children could have some. ... And then send for deeds to his children dated 15 Mar 1693/4. Sent deed to Mary Webb at that time wife of Robert Hannah late of South Kingstown deceased and was given back to Mary in last will & testament of her former husband Robert Hannah. By grand alotment by Yoacoaok. ... willed some land to his son-in-law Nathaniel Niles Jr and his and my only daughter Mary Niles wife of said Nathaniel of South Kingstown on west side of Chippaxet River. ... to my son-in-law Nathaniel Niles who does not have full power & lawfull authority over land given him by my late husband Robert Hannah [I give him] a free & clear estate for life. ... my brother Jeremiah Wilson who was at that time of giving said deed or release the only brother & heir of James Wilson deceased who was a brother & heir to Samuel Wilson who was son & heir to my said Father Samuel Wilson ... For consideration of money I have remised & released to my said son-in-law Nathaniel Niles & Mary his wife and after their death to my grandson Nathan Niles an only claim I may have on land 448 acres bounded: Chippuxet River, Jeremiah Wilson, John Potter, Jonathan Shearman's house, Jahleel Brenton, Robert Wilcox & Moses Barber. dated 1 Apr 1725, ack 8 Apr 1725, rec 18 Sep 1727.
