I took the '@@1668' marriage date for Samuel Tubbs and Mary Wiley from Torrey's book, page 757. That is the only date I have been able to find so that is all I can go with for now.

From Genealogy of the Tubbs Family of Luzerne Co., PA

Although no birth or baptismal records have been found for Mary Willey (1648), she is beyond doubt the daughter of Isaac Willey as proved by the following will: her sister, Sarah Willey Terrell, left a will dated March 1711/1712 and mentioned the following children of her sister, Mary Willey Tubbs: Samuel, William, Isaac, Joseph, John, Mary Leach, Joanne Buddington, Sarah Beebe, and Bethia Chapman.
