- ↑ There is not enough information about siblings to make more than a guess about when Mary was born. The daughter born 1703 is unnamed, and the Joanna that died 1709 may or may not be the same child. Since there is no record for the death of the unnamed child and no record of a Joanna born before the death in 1709, and since it seems likely that the first daughter would be named after the mother, they might be the same child. This is the presentation found in Source:Warriner, Edwin. Warriner Family of New England Origin, p. 38 (but this source shows no daughter Mary - although they abstract the will naming daughter Mary Cadwell - so never considers how Mary fits in the order). Based on normal spacing there could a child born 1703, 1705 (Abigail), 1707, 1709, 1711 {Joanna #2}, 1713 (Elizabeth), which means it is also possible the unnamed child was born and died in 1703, and Joanna was born in 1707 or 1709 and died in 1709. Since Mary's husband was born 1710 and her father's will names her between Abigail and Elizabeth in a list of the married daughters, it would seem that 1709 is the most likely, or 1707 as an alternate, but it depends on how Joanna's birth is estimated??
