"Mary Pierce, widow of Joseph, late of Woburn (will dated Jan. 20, 1716-17, pro. June 16, 1721), names cousin Nathan Richardson, 'that now liveth with me' (Exec.); cous. Deborah Richardson, 'that now liveth with me'; cous. Thos., s. to her bro. Benjamin Pierce. June 8, 1721, Articles of agreement between John Richardson of Woburn and his s. Nathan, on the one part, and the heirs of Joseph Pierce, late of Woburn, on the other. The former giving bonds to James Pierce, Benjamin Pierce, Joseph Whittemore and Timothy Snow, all of Woburn. The administration of the will of Mary Pierce, Joseph's widow, was committed during the minority of the Exec. To James Pierce, John Pierce and Timothy Snow."
The discussion of Mary (Richardson) Peirce/Pierce in this Pierce genealogy does not address the remarriage to one Daniel Hudson which was included by both Vinton and Davis.
